a Word From THE Founder
When I looked at how Armenian businesses were managing their bookings through WhatsApp groups, paper notebooks, and missed calls, I knew there had to be a better way. That’s what led to building KGAM. We built it for the salon owner who misses a booking while with a client, for the clinic receptionist spending half the day on the phone, and for the education center overwhelmed during peak enrollment seasons. Armenia has incredible service businesses. They deserve software that is actually built for them.
