You are solely responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration and platform use is accurate, current, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Any form of misuse, including fraudulent bookings, harassment, unauthorized access, or deliberate disruption of services, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination or referral to relevant authorities.
If you notice any suspicious or unauthorized activity, report it to us immediately.
Businesses using Kgam may customize their booking pages, including branding, business descriptions, services, FAQs, cancellation policies, and additional terms and conditions.
Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content published on their pages. Kgam does not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for business-specific policies, customer communications, or information provided by service providers through the platform.
All reservations must be confirmed through our platform. Bookings made outside the platform cannot be guaranteed or supported.
Before completing a reservation, verify that all details — including date, time, service type, and contact information — are correct. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information submitted at the time of booking.
Modifications to existing reservations may be made within the designated timeframe shown during the booking process, subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust reservations in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or provider unavailability, and will notify affected users promptly.
Businesses may use their own payment methods and processors. If a business does not have an active payment processing solution and is subscribed to an eligible Kgam Business Plan, Kgam may provide integrated payment processing services, subject to account verification and applicable transaction fees.
In such cases, customer payments may be collected by Kgam on behalf of the business and transferred to the business according to the payout schedule defined in the selected plan. Payouts are typically processed at the end of each billing period or month.
Businesses are responsible for providing accurate payment and banking information. Kgam reserves the right to delay or suspend payouts in cases involving fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks, verification requirements, or legal obligations.
Cancellations must be submitted through the platform within the window specified at the time of booking. Late cancellations may not qualify for a full refund.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For unresolved disputes, contact our support team directly.
Kgam and service providers are not liable for delays, cancellations, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or system outages, strikes, emergencies, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services. Your data is never sold to third parties and is only shared with trusted partners required to operate the platform. You retain full rights over your data, including access, correction, restriction, and deletion at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
This includes loss of data or revenue, service interruptions, third-party provider actions, or unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event in question.
Nothing herein excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page with a revised effective date. For significant updates, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or platform notification.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with an update, you may cease use and request account deletion by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or related services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
