Kgam provides booking and automation tools to Users, and in doing so processes data belonging to the Users' own Clients. In this capacity, Kgam acts as a data processor on behalf of the User, who is the data controller.
Client data processed may include::
- Names, dates of birth, phone numbers, and email addresses
- Records of services or products booked
- IP and MAC addresses, device identifiers, and advertising IDs
- Browser and device metadata (operating system, language, region)
- Web activity and usage behavior
Kgam uses this data solely to deliver the Platform's services and does not share it with outside parties except for approved server infrastructure providers or when required by law. Data is retained for as long as the associated User remains active on the Platform.
